Keep the method. Improve the result.
A repeatable workflow begins with a clear method. Capture the useful parts of a task so the next run has the same expectations, while leaving room for fresh evidence and human judgment.
Write the method in ordinary language
Record the goal, audience, source list, required output, and checks before the result is complete. Include an example of a good deliverable using non-sensitive material. State which decisions belong to the reviewer and when the task should pause for clarification.
Separate the stable method from changing facts
A report structure can stay consistent while dates, owners, and account details change. Do not turn last week’s assumptions into permanent instructions. Require each run to check the relevant source and distinguish an unchanged fact from a missing update.
Test before making it routine
Try a normal case, a missing-source case, and a contradictory-source case. Review whether the output makes uncertainty visible. The guides here describe working methods; availability of any product-specific saved-skill feature should be checked in your workspace.
