HomePlan an AI coworker rollout around your requirements
For teams

A useful pilot starts with a responsible owner.

Larger teams need more than a good demo. Start with the business outcome, the data involved, the people who review it, and the evidence your organization needs before a broader rollout.

Define the pilot before the procurement checklist

Choose one workflow with a clear audience and a manageable set of sources. Assign the operational owner, the reviewer, and the person who can approve access. Agree what counts as a useful result and what would stop the pilot.

Bring the requirements that matter

Share your needs around access, retention, data handling, auditability, support, and commercial terms. If SSO, regional hosting, certifications, or a data-processing agreement are mandatory, request current evidence from the team. This page does not assert availability of those controls.

Expand from observed results

Measure output accuracy, review time, unresolved blockers, and inappropriate actions or sharing. Review failures alongside successful runs. Add another workflow only when someone owns its sources, permissions, and outcome.
