Get unstuck. Keep the scope clear.
Start with the part that is unclear: the task, its sources, the available action, or the review step. Avoid sharing sensitive account information while diagnosing a problem.
The result is incomplete
Check whether the brief includes the audience, time window, trusted sources, and output format. Ask for missing information and uncertainty to be listed explicitly. A source that cannot be opened should be reported as unavailable rather than silently replaced with a guess.
A tool or action is unavailable
Verify the integration and account in your own workspace. Read access does not imply write access, and connecting an app does not mean every operation is supported. Contact the team with the action you tried and the visible error, without passwords, tokens, or private source content.
You need a person to review the outcome
Name the reviewer and ask for a draft in a place they can access. Identify the recipient and action before anything is sent or changed. If the scope changes, revisit the approval rather than carrying an old decision into new work.
